For hygiene reasons, eyelashes cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used products and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part.
